We are thrilled that we can welcome our wonderful clients back to Bliss Beauty. Our therapists are delighted to be back to the jobs they love. We want to keep you all safe and to ensure that we do this to the best of our ability we have implemented the following measures:-

  • Services will be by appointment only
  • Clients will wait in our stair area rather than in our nail bar area
  • Contactless sanitisation will be used outside the main entrance to the salon. Client’s temperature will be taken contactlessly on entry
  • Protective guards are in place on our nail bar area and around our reception area
  • Therapists will wear masks for all treatments and masks and visors for all treatments away from the nail bar area
  • Clients will be offered and can choose to wear masks for manicure/pedicure treatments, eye treatments, waxing and massage
  • Therapists (as always) will follow strict self-hygiene routines whilst treating clients
  • Rigorous cleaning procedures, of rooms and shared areas, will take place between clients
  • Consultation forms will be completed online rather than in salon
  • Therapists’ temperatures will be checked contactlessly on a twice daily basis
  • Health and Safety policies and procedures for the salon and therapists have been implented and will be followed at all times

We really want you to be able to relax and enjoy your treatments with us but we will need your help. So we will need to count on you to do the following:-

  • Please phone us to make your appointment rather than calling in. Once your appointment is made please fill out our online consulation form, if you have not been in our salon before (less than 24 hours before arriving for your appointment-due to Covid-19 quesionnaire)

  • If you are a regular salon client please fill out our Covid-19 disclaimer (less than 24 hours before your appointment)

  • Please come alone to your appointment
  • Please don’t be late for your appointments. Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment and wait in our stair area (we are so sorry to have to leave you there)
  • Please sanitise your hands throughly at our contactless station on your way in to the salon
  • If you are happy to we would love you to wear a mask (that we will provide) both for your own and our therapist‘s safety. If you are not comfortable doing so that’s no problem
  • Please refrain from touching Elemis products and as few surfaces as possible whilst in the salon. This will minimise your own and other clients’ risk
  • Please keep a social distance from your therapist (when possible) and other clients
  • Where possible please use contactless payment/card to pay for your treatments/products
  • Please call us and cancel your appointment if you are showing any of the following symptoms
    • A temperature over 38 degrees celsius
    • A cough
    • A shortness of breath or breathing difficulties
    • A loss or change to your sense of smell and/or taste
